No — Plan Ahead Co is a personal organisation service, not a legal service. We help you gather and structure your information. We always recommend working with a solicitor for your will, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
How is my information kept private? +

With the Self-Guided option, we never see or store the personal information you record in your Companion Workbook or Personal Affairs Plan — both documents are delivered instantly to your inbox, and you complete everything yourself, on your own device.

Payment details are handled securely by our payment provider as part of checkout.

With the Concierge option, any information you share with us during your session(s) is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy, used only to prepare your Personal Affairs Plan, and never shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver our service.

How long does the Self-Guided option take? +
