A note from our founder

Brooke and her family

Hi, I'm Brooke —

a lawyer, mum of three, and the reason this exists.

I built Plan Ahead Co because I kept seeing families left searching for information that should have been written down. A Personal Affairs Plan changes that.

If you'd like to know more, I'd love to tell you more about why I built this.

Common Questions

Who is this for? +
Anyone who wants to feel organised and prepared — couples, singles, families, people going through a life transition, or anyone who realises they'd leave the people they love with a lot of guesswork.
Which option is right for me? +
If you're self-motivated and comfortable working through a structured document on your own, the Self-Guided option is excellent value. If you'd prefer someone to guide you, or your situation is more complex, the Concierge session is worth every cent.
Is this legal advice? +
No — Plan Ahead Co is a personal organisation service, not a legal service. We help you gather and structure your information. We always recommend working with a solicitor for your will, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
How is my information kept private? +
Your data is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your completed document is delivered securely and we do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to deliver our service.
How long does the Self-Guided option take? +
Depends. Most people complete the Companion Workbook in one to two sittings. Once you submit your answers, your Personal Affairs Plan is delivered within 3–5 business days.
What happens after I book a Concierge session? +
Book a free 20-minute discovery call and we'll talk through your situation, answer any questions, and confirm the right approach for you. From there we'll arrange your guided session at a time that suits you.
